Full Service Partnerships

CSP’s Full Service Partnerships coordinate the service delivery for youth and families who have complex needs and are involved with multiple service providers. Youth and their families meet regularly with experienced clinicians and case managers to resolve and overcome the problems, challenges and difficulties which prompted the referral. The initial assessment addresses the underlying reason for the youth's behavior. A client service plan is developed from the information discovered and the team assists the youth reach short-term goals in the plan.

What makes CSP’s Full Service Partnerships unique is the team-driven treatment planning that prioritizes family voice and choice, uses a flexible approach, and provides strength based services across all life domains. Using a strength-based approach in the Recovery Model and a wraparound philosophy, a full service team assists youth and their families with positive youth development by reducing juvenile crime, truancy, substance use, emotional distress and impairments resulting from unmanaged mental illness.

In partnership with the Orange County Health Care Agency.
