Our Mission
CSP - Project PATH (Positive Action Toward Health) is committed to creating a safe and healthy Orange County by eliminating problems associated with alcohol, tobacco and other drug use through education, training and technical assistance.

Our staff consists of health education experts who engage community members and leaders to apply alcohol, tobacco and other drug prevention strategies throughout Orange County.

Our Strategies
  • Preventing the misuse of over-the-counter and prescription medications through community education and collaboration with law enforcement and health professionals
  • Reducing impaired driving by encouraging responsible alcohol sales and service through training and collaboration with law enforcement
  • Promoting free quit-smoking services offered by the County of Orange Health Care Agency’s Tobacco Use Prevention Program Collaborating with local law enforcement to develop prevention campaigns based on alcohol and other drug data
  • Creating and supporting alcohol, tobacco and other drug-free alternative opportunities
  • Creating working partnerships to address and act on alcohol, tobacco and other drug issues
